COSHOCTON − The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office reported a fatal traffic crash at a construction zone on Ohio 16 where the Ohio Department of Transportation is continuing with a resurfacing project . Authorities said the wreck occurred shortly before 9 p.m. Thursday on Ohio 16, near Virginia Township Road 288. Tarsem Singh, 24, of Ontario, Canada, was traveling eastbound in a semi with trailer when he turned southbound onto Township Road 288 in an attempt to turn around because of the road closure.
